My Eating List.
Eat Protein for Better Health.

Meat is Protein.
Chicken, Beef, Duck, Goose, Lamb, Turkey, Veal.
Some say pork is bad. I ate Bacon and Pork Chops.
I baked, fried and grilled.

Fish.
Fresh Fish.
Some say avoid Seafood due to the some areas high in pollution. 
I ate Shrimp, some Scallops, Oysters and Claims (fried even though they said not to, I figured that fried is better then consuming sugars).

Vegetables.
Artichokes, Asparagus, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Celery, Cucumbers (fried), Eggplant, Garlic, Kyle, Leeks, Lettuce, Mushrooms (sauté & fried), Green & Red Peppers, Pumpkin & Pumpkins, Radishes, Sauerkraut, Spinach, Summer Squash, Sweet Potatoes (baked), Tomatoes, Watercress, Winter Squash, Acorn and Butternut, Zucchini. Organic is best, Fresh or frozen. No canned foods, as this food is dead over- cooked foods. Microwave is dead food. 
I sautéed a lot of foods, including Onions.
Peas higher carbs, I do use them now.

Fruits.
Avocado. All Melons. Lemons and Limes Organic is best but Fresh or frozen will keep the stress out of your life.
Strawberries and Grapefruit.
Apples higher carbs, I do eat them now.
No canned or dried fruits. No sweeteners added. 

Broths and Soups.
Homemade with meat and vegetables, from this sheet. Remember keep Carb and Starch intake down!
(No Rice, Potatoes, Barley, Flour or Corn Starch, Pasta, or Milk.)

Salad Dressings.
Paul Newman's Vinegar & Oil. Dressings made with Cider, Lemon or Limes and Wine Vinegar. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (cold pressed oils preferred).

No Cereal or Bread.
Remember that carbs and starches turn to sugar and sugar feeds CANCER.

Dairy Products.
Butter YES! No Margarine - it's man made and doesn't digest well.
No Milk, Buttermilk, Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream or Yogurt (I was eating two Yogurts a day when I was diagnosed with my Cancer). Remember keep carb intake down to "O". Yogurt is high in Carbs!

Eggs.
I did lots of Eggs - Omelets

Drinks.
Distilled water is preferred. Herb teas without adding sugar. Lemon and lime are great in water. Tomato and V-8 Juice. 
No COFFEE!

Miscellaneous.
Fresh nuts. Almonds, Filberts, Pecans, Pistachios, Walnuts.
Seeds. Pumpkin, Sesame & Sunflower.
No Chewing Gum.

Raw Honey, popcorn and cashews in moderation.

This is still how I try to eat today. These are the foods I focused on, there are a few other foods but I didn't list what I didn't use. Remember when you have CANCER, like with me. I had to Stop it from growing first thing and then I focused on Nutritional Healing Internally.
